Welcome

We’re Mind Jersey,
the mental health charity.

Welcome

We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect. We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Today. Now. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. We’ll listen, give support and advice, and fight your corner.

A big thank you to all those who contributed
with the photo’s on our website!

Social Media Survey

11-18 year olds

Social media plays a big role in many young people’s lives. We know it has its benefits, as well as its challenges and harms.

Mind is running an important survey to understand how young people aged 11-18 years use social media, what feels helpful, what feels difficult, and what they wish adults understood about the online world they navigate every day.

The Channel Islands are listed separately, so if enough local young people take part, we’ll gain valuable insight into the experiences of young people right here in our Islands.

If you’re a parent, carer, or someone who works with young people, please encourage them to complete the survey.

The survey is open until Friday 20th March.
