Understanding Self-Harm short course
Description
This short course is aimed at building awareness and breaking stigma surrounding self-harm. The course will discuss what self-harm is and why people may do it, as well as what it looks like in different people, it will also address some myths, and briefly cover what to do to support yourself or others.
