You’ve probably walked by or popped into our Nearly New shop in St Helier.
Based at 53 New Street, the nearly new shop has been providing an invaluable source of income to Mind Jersey for many years.
Who we are
The Nearly New Shop is run by a dedicated team of volunteer staff, all of who give their time freely each week.
The shop offers a great range of good quality clothes, books, DVD’s and a wide range of bric-a-brac and household goods for sale. Pop in and visit us to see what’s on sale.
We are always grateful to receive any items in good condition so please think of us if you’re having a clear out! We would love to receive your donations to our shop!
What we do
Whilst providing a valuable source of income for Mind Jersey, our Nearly New Shop also gives people the opportunity to volunteer with us. Volunteering your spare time for our charity means you has many benefits such as creating structure and routine you’re your week, which we know is good for our wellbeing, learning new skills, meeting new people and it could be an important stepping stone back into work
We are always happy to hear from anyone wishing to offer even just a few hours a week to help to run the shop – so please, get in touch!
